Hiker me

Hiker me

Chapter IV. I think that’s what I’m on now. Chapter I was my formative years; Chapter II, career and family; and Chapter III was caregiving and helping nonprofits (which I write about at philanthrophile.wordpress.com and The Henry Chronicles.com). After seven years of caring for my father, I am beginning to think about what’s next. But while I do that, I’m taking the time to hike, travel and reconnect.

My travels lie at the intersection of cultural history, natural adventures, food and spirituality. Those are the four criteria I use in seeking new destinations. I’d love to hear what places and trips have moved you, and why.
